Shipping Information

Since 2004 we have built and refined our exacting process for choosing, packing, shipping and delivering the best of each variety of fruit.

As a leading boutique shipper of fresh fruit, we’ve established partnerships with growers around the world to offer fresh and flavorful fruit, picked and shipped at its peak. Shipping fresh produce is challenging. Rest assured our rigorous process ensures your beautiful and unique gift of nature will arrive safe and sound, ready to enjoy and share.

Many of our fruit will be picked to order and shipped quickly. With a standard monthly order, we can plan when fruit is harvested to ensure your fruit delivery is at its most fresh and the peak of ripeness.

Standard shipping is free in the continental United States. Most orders will be received 3 to 5 days after they’re shipped from our location outside of Portland, Oregon. Additional shipping details below.


Order processing

Orders processed by the 9th of the month will start their 3, 6 or 12 months of fruit in that month. Shipping dates are listed on each page for each fruit, based on the fruit for that month.

Orders processed after the 10th of the month will begin their 3, 6 or 12 months of fruit in the following month. At this time we cannot begin shipments in months other than when the order is received. To ensure optimal freshness and due to the variability of fruit, shipment dates may vary month to month. For best quality, or due to seasonality and availability, we reserve the right to substitute fruits of equal or greater value.

Standard Shipping Rates Shipping rates are based on shipment method, according to the following table. Transit times below reflect guaranteed delivery to all locations.

Delivery Times for Businesses and Residences

Deliveries are made to commercial locations Monday through Friday and residential locations Tuesday through Saturday. Saturday delivery is available for businesses only if specified (where available, additional charges apply).

Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9 am and 5 pm. Deliveries to residences occur between 9 am and 7 pm.

Warm Weather Shipping

We work hard to ensure that our exceptional fruit is delivered fresh and in perfect condition. To reduce the risk of poor delivery on orders in transit to warmer climates (74 degrees and higher) we will include cooling materials at no additional charge – ice packs, dry ice, or both – for any orders that require it.

Certain deliveries and temperatures will require that we upgrade the shipping method however; in these cases a $10 surcharge will be added to each applicable delivery. We are unable to guarantee any packages delivered when temperatures are 90 degrees or higher.


Order Delivery Schedule

All orders leave our Oregon warehouse during business hours of processing, subject to warm weather shipping restrictions. All orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only to ensure the best possible produce experience with minimal transit time. International Orders

To inquire about shipping to countries other than the U.S. or Canada, please contact us.

Note that we are unable to process international credit cards or orders originating from an international IP address.

Refund/Replacement Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Please report any issues regarding your fruit order within 24 hours of delivery by sending pictures to order@dragonberryclub.com. Due to the perishability of fruits, all requests are reviewed on a case by case basis for replacement, credit, or refund.
